The team returned to action at Circuit Spa-Francorchamps after the summer break, eager to get back on track. On Wednesday, Car #59, driven by Oscar Bittar and Ricardo Gracia Filho, quickly demonstrated its pace, securing a P10 finish in the first session. Meanwhile, the new teammates in Car #44, Georgios Kolovos and Mihnea Stefan, were close behind, also achieving a P10 finish in the second session.
Friday saw the team complete many miles. With FP1, FP2, and the Bronze Test sessions, the drivers had ample opportunity to settle into the car. In the final practice session, Car #59 secured a P7 finish. During the Bronze Test, Kolovos and Bittar placed P19 and P16 respectively.
Qualifying resulted in Car #44 starting in P25 and Car #59 in P11. The race itself presented further challenges, with several safety cars and incidents disrupting the flow. Early on, Car #44 was struck by a competitor, requiring time in the pits for repairs and pushing the car far back in the field. Car #59, however, put up a strong fight with Bittar and Gracia, running as high as P4 and battling for a podium position. Some places lost in the last lap made them eventually finishing in P7.
Despite the setbacks, the team remains encouraged by the pace shown throughout the week-end and is determined to continue pushing for another podium and the first win of the season. The focus now shifts to the next race at Mugello.
