Nicholas Silva joins Team Virage in GT4 South European Series

Team Virage and Nicholas Silva are excited to announce their collaboration in GT4 South European Series. The almost 23-year-old already raced with the team last year in Le Mans in LMP3, but is now going to show his talent by driving one of the team’s Aston Martin GT4. Throughout his racing career, the American managed to achieve many accomplishments, both national as international. The last couple of years he has been balancing between his mechanical engineering education, his work as a driving coach and his racing career. Joining the GT4 will not only be a new experience for Silva, but it will also be his debut in an Aston Martin, making this an exciting prospect starting already mid-June in Jarama.

I have achieved great success and support from my Spanish family at Virage and am now excited to work closely with Aston Martin. He had impressed us by his maturity and capacity to get into pace so quickly, despite having spent a long time without driving a racecar. It had been a pleasure working with him, therefore, we have been pushing in order to make things happen for 2019 and to sign him in our GT4 program. We are really looking forward to seeing him drive one of our Aston Martins : he will for sure be competitive and is a great addition to our exciting line-ups. »
